Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets or catering functions.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Previous serving experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is essential.
• Experience in fine dining settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Pay: $16.27 per hour plus tips
