RN Emergency Room | Littlerock, California

Play a vital role in emergency patient care with this contract opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses in the Emergency Room. Seeking skilled professionals to fill 2 Day shift openings and 2 Night shift openings. The Emergency Room environment is fast-paced, challenging, and highly rewarding for those with strong clinical skills and a passion for trauma care.


Shifts & Schedule:

• Day shifts: 6:00 AM start time
• Night shifts: 6:00 PM start time
• Available schedule options: GWW 36 or GWW 48

Key Qualifications:

• Active California RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• CPI or MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior) certification
• NIHSS certification for stroke assessment
• At least 2 years of Emergency Department experience, including direct involvement in Level I and II trauma
• Minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience within the ED

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert nursing care to a diverse patient population in the Emergency Department
• Rapidly triage, assess, and manage patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other care team members to ensure high-quality, efficient care
• Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations, trauma codes, and life-threatening emergencies
• Accurately document patient care and interventions per hospital standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
