Benefits Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Medical/Dental with employer contribution Voluntary Life Insurance, Disability, and Aflac Insurance Company-paid life insurance and long term disability Travel Perks to Resort Locations Company Perks Program Responsibilities Maintains the landscaping of the resort Maintains lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation to include trimming, fertilizing, etc. Operates and maintains hand tools efficiently Keeps grounds free from trash, litter, debris Empties all trash receptacles Conducts basic irrigation audits and performs basic irrigation repairs Removes snow utilizing shovel or snowblower Assists with any maintenance task as needed All other duties as requested Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Minimum of 1‑year groundskeeping experience or related field Valid Driver’s license Proficient in using manual and power hand tools Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and follows laws and regulations Capital Vacations is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
