Cloud Architect
Duration: Long Term Contract
Location: Durham, NC or Westlake, TX (Hybrid: 3 days a month)
Responsibilities:
Lead architecture. Digital experience domain and marketing domain. Content, marketing, social media, young customer experience, enterprise architecture. Digital experience, client experience platforms, Salesforce CRM. 1 geared towards Digital experience, 1 geared towards marketing management.
Client experience- we are migrating our voice and all client engagement platforms to the cloud. We are tasked with figuring out availability and resiliency configuration in a better capacity than what Amazon and Genesis can do in their cloud. Challenging new uncharted areas.
Marketing space- basically rebuilding everything from scratch. Brand new apps with younger generation in mind. Giving them tools that increase financial literacy and allow them to transform from consumers/savers/investors. Get to be a part of a transformation process. Moving from legacy to new applications.
Skills:
- Strong Software Experience (Cloud, DevOps) Will need to understand working in AWS or other cloud providers in order to replicate this process with both marketing and client experience apps.
