Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Per Diem/Bench Staff Gardner/Fitchburg, MA Area $20.00 per hour Job Overview Arbor Associates is seeking reliable and flexible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our per diem bench team supporting residential programs in the Gardner/Fitchburg area. This position is ideal for someone looking for supplemental income and who has a flexible schedule. Bench staff fill open shifts due to call-outs, vacations, leaves of absence, and other staffing needs. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary from week to week. Schedule Per diem (as needed) Primarily 2nd Shift and Overnight (3rd Shift) Weekend availability required Must be able to accept shifts on short notice when possible Responsibilities Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene and meal preparation as needed. Encourage independence while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Complete required documentation and report any changes or incidents. Follow individualized support plans and behavioral support strategies. Transport or accompany individuals in the community when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
