Join our team to help steward our on-prem Cloud deployed on High-Performance Compute infrastructure.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary Responsibilities:Build, administer, and optimize enterprise OpenShift Kubernetes environments deployed to our High-Performance Compute infrastructure:OpenShift ConsoleOpenShift Command Line (oc)Advanced Cluster Manager (ACM)Infrastructure automation and orchestration toolsManage and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments at scale (Kernal Virtual Machine hosts and Virtual Machines)Develop automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Ansible, shell scripting, and modern development practicesImplement enterprise-grade security, encryption, backup, and data protection solutionsConfigure, administer, and optimize GPFS (IBM Spectrum Scale) distributed storage environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, performance, storage, networking, and platform issuesPartner with software engineers, architects, security teams, and network engineers to deliver highly available and scalable solutionsDrive operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and continuous platform improvementContribute to architecture decisions supporting the next generation of healthcare technology platformsFamiliarity with supporting AI workloads on Linux and Kubernetes platformsLeverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasksEvaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovationYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
