Phlebotomy SupervisorLabcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to join our team in Peabody MA. You will be traveling to Danvers, Middleton, Lynn and Newburyport.Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, additional days and hours may be requiredJob Responsibilities:Supervise a team of (+25) phlebotomists working in Patient Service Centers and/or physician's officesManage patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels and information logsMonitor monthly productivity and report any deviations as necessaryCoordinate phlebotomists' schedules through resourceful and creative thinkingPerform operational duties such as payroll, monthly schedules and performance appraisalsPartner with Human Resources regarding employee relations issues and disciplinary actionsHire and train phlebotomists to fill any open positionsCommunicate effectively to internal and external customers including patients, client office staff, sales team, logistics and senior managementProvide exceptional customer service to all patients and clientsAssist in the set-up of new Patient Service Centers or Client OfficesProvide resolution of any patient or client issuesPerform, collect and prepare specimens when neededTravel to additional sites as necessaryMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED or equivalentPhlebotomy certification or completed training program or 2 years or more experience as a phlebotomistPreferred Qualifications:3 years or more as a supervisor or leader of direct reports5 years or more experience as a phlebotomistCurrent or Previous LabCorp experienceAdditional Job Standards:Proven track record in providing exceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionReliable transportation and clean driving record if applicableFlexibility to work overtime as neededAble to pass a standardized color blindness testBe at least 21 years' oldValid Driver's License and clean driving recordAre you seeking an opportunity that makes a difference?
