The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Current PA state license is a plus.

The Practice

Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital - Darby, Pennsylvania

• 125-130 bed hospital with a 25-bed Emergency Department.
• STEMI PCI Center and Primary Stroke Center.
• Annual volume of 44,000 with a 20% admit rate (8% peds).
• Epic EMR.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
