About the Team

At the start of 2025, the Retail Bank Product Operations established four key objectives centered around enabling efficient and effective delivery of customer & business value across the product delivery lifecycle:

• Relentlessly align resources & capacity against the Retail Bank's top priorities
• Sharply improve the cross-functional operating model to accelerate delivery
• Steadily fuel product excellence with actionable & scalable tools and standards
• Elevate bank product managers and their experience through sustainable programs

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field and years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementPhiladelphia, PA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementWilmington, DE: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
