Opportunity for Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is currently seeking a Family Medicine/Surgical Obstetrics Physician to join our team at a prominent health system. This role is situated in Murrieta, CA, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, faith-oriented environment.

The perfect candidate will be a Board Certified Family Physician with experience in primary care and obstetrics. We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and is eager to build meaningful relationships with patients, working closely with them to create personalized health improvement plans. Additionally, the selected physician will contribute to our residency program.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $280,000 to $310,000 annually, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
