The Registered Nurse—Endoscopy (RN) will be part of a professional care team responsible for assisting in endoscopic surgical procedures and collaborating with all members of the care team to provide exceptional care and compassion to our patient population and families. Qualifications Graduate of a nursing school accredited by the National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA), or have three years of related professional nursing experience. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana (Nurse Licensure Compact). Strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills. Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task. Ability to take direction well while being self-directed and motivated. High degree of responsibility and responsiveness. Two years of previous experience in ED, ASC, ICU, and/or endoscopy required.
