Entry Level Sales Representative

One of the fast-growing national AV, security, and IT contractors is hiring for an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative. This company is committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. To support our continued growth, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative. This position will be onsite at their HQ in Rockville, MD. This is a great opportunity for the right person to join one of the fastest-growing businesses in the data center space. An Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for supporting the Account Management team in the pursuit of new opportunities and building client relationships. ISRs must be motivated to excel in every task, small or large. They must be quick to learn the ins and outs of the construction industry and be goal-oriented, but also have a natural disposition to strike up conversations with people they don’t know. Interpersonal skills to engage in client-facing affairs Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills Desire to learn and appetite to grow Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the Construction Industry (Nice to have) Day to Day: Complete daily outbound calls/emails to new Client prospects Tracking leads and project information by updating the CRM (Pipedrive) Maintaining and leading project follow-ups by sending reminders Be quick to respond/jump on tasks, and reliably deliver results from the Office. Fully support the Account Management team: EX: Sending out proposals and documents as instructed by the Account Manager Coordinating client-facing affairs.
