Visa sponsorship is not available for this role * * This will be a Hybrid position for Local Candidates * Job Summary The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VoIP technologies related to signaling, media, codecs, transport, troubleshooting, & open-source platforms, with DevOps expertise to support our real-time communication (RTC) infrastructure. Experience with deployment & configuration automation is a plus. You will play a critical role in ensuring the scalability and security of our infrastructure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follow engineering best practices to develop high quality products in a committed team M anage andoptimizeVoIP infrastructure including SIPproxies, mediaproxies,andmedia servers (e.g., Kamailio,RTPengine,FreeSWITCH). Develop andmaintainsoftwareforvariousAPIsused in a VoIP environment,e.g.provisioningand QA automation. Designandimplement automated QA testing& validationto covercommonRTCscenarios. Monitor and troubleshoot VoIP traffic, call routing, and signaling issues using tools like Wireshark,SIPp, andHOMER. Enforce security and compliance standards forRTCinfrastructure (e.g.Firewall and Security Group Rules,TLS). Design, implement, andmaintainCI/CD pipelines for RTC, VoIP, and other infrastructure components. Automate provisioning and configuration of RTC systems using tools like Ansible, Packer, & Terraform, Monitor, analyze and troubleshoot issues related to SIP signaling, media transport and WebSocket communication. Work with AWS services - EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, ELB, IAM, DynamoDB, Kinesis, CloudWatch, etc. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for production services. Participateinon-call rotation,incident response,and root cause analysis for service outages. Education Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Computer Science or a related area or equivalent work experience Requirements Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols & troubleshooting Knowledge of VoIP Platforms such as Kamailio & RTPengine Strong understanding of Linux Operating systems Experience with containerization technologies such as docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes / Amazon EKS Familiarity with IaC & Configuration Management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer Git, GitHub & GitHub Actions.
