Jr Estimator

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our team. This role will support the estimating department in preparing bids, assembling bid packages, and assisting with project pricing. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and submission of bids and proposals Compile and organize bid packages and supporting documentation Review project plans, specifications, and related documents Communicate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing and scope Track bid opportunities and deadlines Maintain accurate records of estimates and project data Support the estimating team with administrative and project-related tasks Qualifications Previous experience in construction, estimating, or administrative support preferred Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with DemandStar is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
