(Required) or Bachelor's Degree in other field and Associate's Degree in clinical laboratory science and certification by ASCP or equivalent are also acceptable. (Required) Work Experience 2+ years Experience in a highly complex laboratory setting (Required) Blood Bank experience strongly preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to keep organized Displays initiative to perform job duties Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients, customers, co-workers.
