Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Mammo Tech - Mammo Tech

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Outpatient mammography technologist position with cross-utilization responsibilities
• Provide X-ray coverage during X-ray technologist lunch breaks
• Work with adult patient population in 1-room facility
• Perform 3-D mammography and digital mammography procedures
• Conduct screening mammograms and digital quality assurance procedures
• Operate Hologic 3D equipment
• Follow radiation safety protocols and isolation precautions/PPE
• Maintain universal precautions and core measures compliance
• Required certifications: ARRT M, ARRT R, BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 7-year work history verification required
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation (1-5 hours average)
