Business Development Rep. - Japanese Bilingual

Company Overview We provide a wide range of IT-related services, including website development, online marketing, system development, as well as network setup and maintenance. Work Location: Hybrid (Onsite: New Jersey Office or designated shared office space in New York) This position is hybrid, consisting of on-site and remote work. The employee may be required to attend off-site client meetings or business appointments and may travel directly from home when necessary. Schedule: Standard Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern Time). This position is full-time, with an expectation of 40 working hours per week. Responsibilities This role is responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying business needs, and providing practical IT solutions aligned with customer operations and goals. The position supports sales activities and coordination by working with customers, internal teams, vendors, and service providers to help ensure successful solution delivery and long-term customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include: Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, telemarketing activities, and client visits Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through ongoing communication and proactive support Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and operational solutions Manage sales opportunities and customer accounts throughout the sales cycle Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and service providers to support solution delivery and project progression Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and internal teams during project planning, implementation, and post-deployment support Prepare proposals, quotations, statements of work, sales orders, and related sales documentation Track and maintain updates on sales opportunities, projects, schedules, and ongoing activities Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Support onsite IT and network-related activities, including deployment coordination and basic troubleshooting Contribute to regional business growth initiatives and long-term customer development strategies Participate in internal meetings, client meetings, and company-wide meetings as required Support overall sales operations and perform other duties as assigned Business travel may be required for operational needs Requirements Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship (OPT not accepted) Fluency in both English and Japanese Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Valid US driver's license Salary $45,000.00~50,000.00, depends on experience + benefits package such as: Insurance (Medical, Dental), PTO, Sick Leave, Holidays, etc. The salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience level, with the provided range typically reflecting 0-1 year of prior sales experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr A-STAFFING, INC.
