Responsabilidades
- Entrena, desarrolla y gestiona un equipo de 40+.
- Supervisa todos los servicios relacionados con los huéspedes.
- Cumplir con todos los estándares del restaurante.
- Supervisa todas las operaciones diarias.
- Asegúrese de que todo el personal cumpla con las normas de salud y seguridad.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y gestión del tiempo.
- Dispuesto a trabajar por las noches, fines de semana y días festivos.
- Administre los costos de alimentos y mano de obra.
