Remote Senior Project Manager High-Impact PM3

The Oregon Health Authority seeks a Senior Project Manager (PM3) to develop and manage the execution of complex project plans, budgets, schedules and controls from initiation through closeout. You will lead decision‑making for requirements, design, testing, training and startup operations aligned with long‑term agency goals.
