Solution Service Specialist Position

$21/hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Looking for a role that keeps you active, independent, and connected with customers? As a Solutions Service Specialist , you'll visit customer sites throughout the day to ensure inventory is stocked, organized, and running smoothly across Manitowoc, WI.

What You'll Do

• Manage different customer accounts daily
• Monitor and replenish inventory
• Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Ensure inventory systems operate efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable, proactive, and self-motivated

No inventory management experience? That's okay. Training is provided.

What We Offer

• $21/hour + Weekly mileage reimbursement
• Monday-Friday schedule with minimal overtime
• Company vehicle provided upon permanent hire

Additional Requirements

• Comfortable traveling locally throughout the day (approximately 80% of the role)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle initially
