Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) Specialist to support a growing manufacturing and distribution environment. This role will act as a key liaison between customers, outside sales representatives, and internal teams—ensuring accurate quoting, seamless order processing, and exceptional service delivery. The CSR will support a team of five outside sales representatives while managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized customer accounts, playing a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships and driving repeat business. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport outside sales team (5 reps) with day-to-day account management and sales coordination Manage a book of small to mid-sized customers, acting as their primary point of contact Prepare and process quotes, pricing, and order entry with a high level of accuracy Partner with sales to ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, RFQs, and order status updates Coordinate with operations, production, and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery Maintain and update customer records, pricing structures, and order details in the E2 system Assist in resolving customer issues, discrepancies, and delivery challenges Track and communicate lead times, inventory availability, and order progress Support continuous improvement efforts within the customer service and sales support function Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support within a manufacturing or distribution environment Experience with quoting, order management, and pricing structures Strong understanding of industrial products, components, or technical sales support preferred Proficiency with E2 systems – not mandatory Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills across internal teams and customers Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction Key Attributes for Success Proactive and responsive with a customer-first mindset Ability to support sales growth through strong follow-through and organization Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams High sense of urgency and ownership over assigned accounts What This Role Offers Opportunity to be a key contributor in a team-oriented, growth-focused environment Exposure to both sales and operational functions within a manufacturing/distribution business Direct impact on customer satisfaction and revenue support #J-18808-Ljbffr Movement Search & Delivery
