General Dentist or Prosthodontist

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is expanding and seeking a Prosthodontist or General Dentist with implant‑supported full arch, fixed prosthetic experience to join our team as a Restorative Doctor in Richmond, VA. We offer a rotating four‑day work week, base salary plus a percentage of collections, with annual earnings potential of $350,000 to $550,000. Certificate in Advanced Prosthodontics or completion of an AEGD/GPR residency program, or equivalent experience. Unrestricted, active dental license and DEA registration in the state of operation. Current ACLS and BLS certification. Ability to maintain professional malpractice insurance. All‑on‑X restorative treatment experience. Extensive removable prosthodontics experience. Implant planning using CBCT. Duties Diagnose and treatment planning for All‑on‑X procedures. Educate patients on treatment options. Collaborate with prosthodontists, general dentists, and oral surgeons to complete All‑on‑X treatments. Execute high‑quality prosthetic treatment phases. Build rapport with patients and staff to ensure cohesive office workflow. Deliver prosthetics that meet practice standards. Day in the Life Review patient information and CBCT scans to diagnose and treatment plan All‑on‑X treatment. Create pre‑operative prosthodontic plans and collaborate with treating surgeons. Check in during surgeries to provide prosthodontic guidance. Gather records at the end of surgery and create lab prescriptions according to Nuvia’s workflow. Deliver next‑day permanent restorations to the previous day's surgical patient. Follow‑up appointments.
