Agreement Sales Representative - Vancouver, WA

Position Title Agreement Sales Representative Reports To Agreement Sales Manager Job Summary Ambitious and motivated individuals are invited to join Konecranes’ sales team. Principal Responsibilities Meet assigned sales targets for agreement‑based services and new business development. Target new accounts, prepare sales offers for agreements and other opportunities. Identify assets and required data for agreement creation. Utilize processes and tools provided for the role. Support agreement renewals in accordance with retention policy. Create sales cases for cross‑selling other products. Manage the sales funnel in CRM; record visits, calls, meetings, and quotations. Report weekly on CRM activity and discuss with District/Branch Manager. Assist with customer collection efforts or relationship management when required. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience and training accepted. Experience: Minimum of two years in service‑related sales; experience with cranes is a plus. Demonstrated leadership experience and basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles. Proven ability to meet monthly sales quotas and maintain CRM funnel size. Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with PC.
