Overview JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title: Lead QA Engineer Location: Boston, MA (On-site) We’re seeking a Lead QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our Portfolio Analysis & Management Platform. You’ll lead test automation efforts, translate business requirements into test cases, manage defect analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is an on-site role in Boston. Responsibilities Develop & maintain automated test suites (UI & data layers) Translate requirements into automated test cases Analyze defects & drive resolution Ensure test coverage across development lifecycle Coordinate with offshore QA team Work closely with development, data, and product teams Required Skills Strong test automation experience (Selenium, Karate, Gatling) Familiarity with SnapLogic, Control-M job testing CI/CD, Jenkins, JIRA expertise Python, SQL, and AWS (logs/system health) knowledge Excellent communication & problem-solving skills Preferred Financial services background Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments #J-18808-Ljbffr ClinDCast LLC
