divh2Shipping Receiving Handler/h2pABBA Roller is seeking a Shipping Receiving Handler to support shipping, receiving, and internal material movement across the facility. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate handling of incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining inventory organization, and supporting production flow./ppThis position is ideal for individuals with warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing support experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment./ppAbout ABBA: ABBA Roller specializes in high-performance urethane rollers and custom elastomer solutions for industrial and commercial applications. We support customers across diverse industries with durable, precision-engineered products./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities/ppShipping Receiving/pulliReceive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders./liliInspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies./liliPrepare and package outgoing shipments to ensure safe and accurate delivery./liliGenerate shipping labels and coordinate shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.)./liliMaintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation./li/ulpMaterial Handling Inventory Support/pulliMove raw materials, WIP, and finished goods throughout the facility to support production needs./liliStage materials for production areas based on schedules and priorities./liliMaintain organized storage areas for raw materials and finished goods./liliAssist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy efforts./liliEnsure proper labeling and identification of materials./li/ulpGeneral Responsibilities/pulliOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (if certified)./liliMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment./liliFollow all company safety and quality procedures./liliCommunicate with production, purchasing, and leadership teams to support operational flow./liliAssist in other areas of the operation as needed./li/ulpEducation and Experience/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED preferred./lili13 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing support./liliForklift experience preferred (certification a plus)./li/ulpDesired Skills/pulliStrong attention to detail and accuracy./liliBasic computer skills (ERP systems experience is a plus)./liliAbility to read and interpret shipping documents./liliGood communication and teamwork skills./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks./li/ulpPhysical Requirements/pulliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs./liliAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods./liliAbility to safely operate material handling equipment./li/ulpBenefits:/ppAt ABBA Roller, we recognize how important your career and benefits are to you and your family.
