You are confident diagnosing complex plumbing issues, communicating solutions to homeowners, and executing high-quality repairs and installations. You are competitive, self-motivated, accountable, and committed to being the best version of yourself both in the field and in life.Key Responsibilities:Perform residential service plumbing calls and provide exceptional customer experiencesDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systemsInstall, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, tankless water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing equipmentIdentify plumbing issues and recommend the best solution for the homeownerPresent repair and replacement options and sell plumbing work when appropriateGenerate revenue through completed service tickets while maintaining the highest standards of workmanshipAccurately document completed work, recommendations, materials, and customer interactionsMaintain a clean, professional appearance and service vehicleFollow all company safety procedures, plumbing codes, and quality standardsCommunicate effectively with customers, dispatch, management, and other team membersCollaborate with our Water Treatment Division and other departments to identify opportunities to better serve our customersHelp mentor and develop less-experienced plumbers and techniciansRepresent CGC Home Services professionally in the community and inside customers' homesPerformance-Based Compensation:We believe our top-performing plumbers should have the opportunity to earn what they're worth.This position operates on a performance-based, commission-only compensation structure. Your earning potential is directly tied to the work you complete, the value you provide to our customers, and the revenue you generate.Earn up to 20% of the collected revenue on completed service ticketsThe more you produce, the more you earn—there is no traditional hourly or salary cap on your earning potentialCompensation rewards productivity, quality workmanship, customer service, and the ability to successfully identify and complete plumbing solutionsPlumbers are expected to take ownership of their performance and actively manage their personal production and results$5,000 Retention BonusWe invest in people who commit to growing with us.Qualified new hires are eligible for a $5,000 retention bonus, paid according to the following schedule:First Pay Period: $1,00030 Days: $1,00090 Days: $1,000120 Days: $1,000180 Days: $1,000Total Retention Bonus: $5,000Retention bonus eligibility, commission rates, payment timing, and all applicable terms are subject to company policy and the applicable compensation agreement.Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:Journeyman Plumber license or applicable state/local credentialsProven experience in residential service plumbingStrong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and troubleshootingExperience installing and servicing tankless water heatersExperience with water heaters, sump pumps, toilets, faucets, valves, drains, piping, and other residential plumbing systemsAbility to accurately diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutionsStrong sales and customer service skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently while also contributing to a high-performing teamClean driving recordProfessional appearance and demeanorStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipA "Get It Done" MentalityYou take initiative.You create momentum, generate opportunities, and find a way to win even when it's tough.You are dissatisfied with the status quo and are always pushing to be #1.You have an "I have to win" mindset.
