Adecco has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Exeter, NH, hiring Machine Operators and Quality Inspectors for temp-to-hire opportunities. Join a growing team offering competitive pay, overtime, incentives, and full benefits upon hire!
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00/hour (based on role and shift)
Available Schedules1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 12:30 AM - 7:30 AM
Weekend Options Available: 12-hour shifts with weekday scheduling
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production machinery
Perform quality inspections using established procedures
Measure and verify materials, components, and finished products
Complete production documentation and computer data entry
Monitor equipment performance and report issues or defects
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment
Follow quality, safety, and process control standards
Previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, assembly, or quality inspection experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills and ability to document production data
Ability to troubleshoot and communicate issues effectively
Comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
