Crew Leader

Yellowstone Landscape is hiring a Crew Leader to oversee commercial landscape construction projects. Lead a small crew installing hardscapes, plantings, irrigation, and site enhancements for HOAs, resorts, and commercial properties. Coordinate daily tasks, read plans, ensure quality workmanship, and enforce safety standards. Operate and troubleshoot landscape and construction equipment while maintaining schedules and material use. Train and mentor crew members, communicate with supervisors and clients, and uphold Yellowstone’s high standards for professionalism, teamwork, and sustainable, attractive outdoor environments.
