VP Of Sales And Marketing

ITM is a fully integrated radiopharmaceutical company committed to delivering precise cancer radiotherapeutics and diagnostics. Our mission is to meet the needs of patients, clinicians, and partners through excellence in development, production, and global supply. Guided by our dedication to patient benefit, ITM is advancing a diverse pipeline. We combine first-in-class radioisotopes with targeting molecules to craft Precision Oncology treatments. These treatments address a range of tumors, including neuroendocrine tumors, glioblastoma multiforme, metastatic bone cancer, prostate cancer, and other oncological conditions.

The VP of Sales and Marketing will drive the development and execution of ITM USA's commercial strategy for its radiopharmaceutical portfolio. This leader will oversee sales operations, marketing initiatives, and training programs, ensuring alignment with ITM's strategic goals and a successful launch of key products.

The role is responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales and marketing team, developing customer-centric solutions, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in key opinion leaders across oncology and nuclear medicine.

As part of the US leadership team, this position reports directly to the US General Manager and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.

Major Activities (5-7 Main Results Of The Role)

  • Lead Sales and Marketing Teams: Build and oversee a high-performing team to drive sales, marketing, and training initiatives for ITM's products.
  • Develop and Execute Commercial Strategy: Design and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Oversee Product Launches: Lead the planning and execution of US product launches, ensuring seamless collaboration across marketing, sales, and other departments.
  • Engage with Key Stakeholders: Foster relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and industry partners to promote ITM's products and value proposition.
  • Implement Sales Operations and Training: Develop robust sales training programs and tools to ensure the team is equipped to deliver results.
  • Drive Market Insights and Strategy: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine strategies and optimize execution.
  • Ensure Compliance and Collaboration: Work closely with regulatory, medical, and compliance teams to ensure ethical and compliant promotional practices.

Experience Requirements

Experience / Professional Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing leadership roles, preferably within oncology, specialty pharmaceuticals, or radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Proven success in launching and commercializing innovative therapies in complex markets.
  • Strong track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, sales execution, and marketing program development.
  • Deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including nuclear medicine, oncology, and radiopharmacy sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking and collaboration skills, with excellent communication abilities and experience in public speaking and external representation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to adapt strategies to a dynamic market.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business required.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
