Field Reimbursement Manager I & I Minneapolis

Pfizer seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to support healthcare providers and office staff across Minnesota and Wisconsin territories with patient access to Pfizer products. This role involves conducting provider education on payer landscapes, formulary changes, prior authorization policies, and coordinating with patient assistance programs to resolve reimbursement barriers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with healthcare providers and staff to address reimbursement and coverage questions
• Deliver in-person and virtual education on payer landscapes, formulary changes, and prior authorization policies
• Distribute compliance-approved materials on coverage, reimbursement, and patient assistance programs
• Coordinate with Pfizer patient support programs to understand payer requirements for individual patients
• Serve as subject matter expert on reimbursement and coverage issues affecting Pfizer products in assigned regions

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or coding and reimbursement
• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required
• Strong knowledge of specialty drug reimbursement, government payment systems, and co-pay assistance programs
• Demonstrated ability to work in regulated environments and adhere to strict compliance guidelines
• Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record
• Ability to travel 50% for in-person customer interactions

Compensation: $139,100–$231,900 base salary, plus 17.5% bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
