Key Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with current IR specialty credentials
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure)
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Tech
• Proficiency in vascular and non-vascular IR procedures
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong imaging skills and ability to operate modern IR equipment
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide array of diagnostic and therapeutic IR procedures with a focus on patient safety and optimal image acquisition
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals during all phases of patient care
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards
• Manage and care for specialized radiology equipment and ensure proper sterilization techniques
• Educate patients and families regarding IR procedures, providing reassurance and guidance
• Respond to emergencies or changes in patient condition swiftly and effectively

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
