Registered Nurse (RN) – Grace Medical Center – Dialysis Location: Baltimore, MD Position Type: Full-time Schedule: Weekends, Day shift – 5:00am–5:30pm Shift Hours: 5:30am–4:30pm Pay: $37.15–$57.58 per hour (experience based) Sign‑On Bonus: Potential $10,000.00 Summary The Grace Medical Center Renal Dialysis Program provides innovative and urgent treatment for end‑stage renal disease patients. Our team delivers prompt, state‑of‑the‑art care in a warm and welcoming environment. Treatment is also provided for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The Dialysis Clinic operates Monday through Saturday. This role involves 10‑hour shifts caring for patients in accordance with Grace Medical Center policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Care for a variety of increasingly complex dialysis patients. Provide clinical direction to staff members during each shift. Ensure compliance with OSHA, CMS, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain accurate shift change documentation and care plans. Supervise and support nursing staff as required. Qualifications Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure applicable). Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 12 months in med‑surg, critical care, or emergency care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; CNN or CDN preferred. Experience with supervising staff preferred; willingness, desire, and ability to supervise required. Completion of a training program approved by the medical director and governing body per CMS guidelines before operating the water treatment system. Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and proficiency with the Grace Medical Center specific application within 60 days of employment.
