Position Summary Bake Team Members are responsible for preparing, baking, decorating, and maintaining high quality bakery products while following food safety and sanitation standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Responsibilities Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, cakes, and other bakery items Follow recipes, production procedures, and food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations Stock and organize ingredients and supplies Ensure displays are stocked and presentable Communicate equipment or inventory issues to management Support team members and maintain a positive work environment Qualifications Baking experience preferred Food Handler’s Certificate preferred Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, detail oriented, and organized Passion for quality and guest service Competitive pay Free birthday cake Growth opportunities Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (room for growth with experience) Job Type: Full Time / Part Time Location: In person – Old Bridge Schedule Overnight Shift Required (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) Weekends and holidays required Monday through Friday availability preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Push Operations
