Head of Supply Chain Management

This is a high impact leadership role offering the opportunity to build processes, influence strategy, and play a key role in scaling a complex hardware organisation. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the business can execute against ambitious development and production objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own supply chain strategy and execution across hardware programs
• Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, negotiation, and performance management
• Drive procurement planning and material readiness
• Partner closely with engineering and manufacturing teams
• Identify and mitigate supplier and production risks
• Establish scalable purchasing, inventory, and planning processes
• Build and develop the supply chain function as the company grows

Requirements

• Experience leading supply chain, procurement, or operations within aerospace or other complex hardware environments
• Strong supplier management and commercial negotiation skills
• Experience supporting hardware development, manufacturing, or production scale up
• Ability to operate effectively in fast paced, high ownership environments
• Familiarity with ERP and MRP systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and execution capabilities
