Lending Analyst - FISERV Signature Loan System

Lending Analyst - Fiserv Signature Loan System Responsibilities: Manage the review of new release information to determine scope and impact on environment with participants from various business lines and shared services areas. Work with appropriate area to plan implementation of enhancements. Working with users, create and execute test scripts to be utilized for user acceptance testing of new release. Document results and provide feedback to area management. Assist with development of training needed for user support of new or altered functions. Participates in the analysis of functional improvements as suggested by users. Primary contact for projects involving core application, working with Senior Management to develop and implement core functionality. Input Common File changes as part of dual control process. Document and maintain requests, test documentation and implementation records. Monitor test environment to assure production like environment. Provide follow up and administrative support to area manager's involvement with user group participation. Provide support for Management Reporting through use of various reporting tools. Support Vendor Manager through ownership of various core system modules by monitoring service levels and other VM measurements and assists in facilitating periodic vendor meetings. Assist in Business Resumption planning and development. Manage User Access review for core systems. Qualifications: 5+ years of bank operations experience Knowledge of Fiserv Signature application, or comparable core processing application Advanced computer (most recent versions of all MS Office products) & Internet skills as well as experience with online collaboration & Web tools Demonstrated ability to manage to priorities, organize & plan work to satisfy established timeframes Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong communication skills: writing, listening, speaking, comfortable communicating in front of all levels within the organization (virtual and in person) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with subject matter experts Ability to quickly understand technical subject matter #J-18808-Ljbffr The CERES Group
