Cleans and maintains all carpeted and hard surfaces in the facility. Performs preventative maintenance on special floor equipment. Covers for other Housekeeping Technicians when needed. Participates in the department's continuous quality improvement activities.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of Housekeeping experience in a commercial or healthcare setting.
• 1 - 3 months related experience and/or training in carpet and flooring maintenance.
