Floor Leader & Brand Coach - Fashion Retail

A&F Stores, Inc.

Newark, DE

A&F Stores, Inc. is seeking a Key Lead to enhance customer experiences and drive store performance. You'll supervise in-store operations, provide guidance to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and maintain visual displays.

Ideal candidates should possess strong customer focus and communication skills with a high school diploma preferred. Retail experience is advantageous. Various benefits are offered, including a quarterly sales incentive bonus and merchandise discount.
