Immediate need for a talented Certified Surgical Tech. This is a 03+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is in Atlanta, GA (Onsite). Key Responsibilities

• Shift: 12-hour Days 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Call required
• Weekends & holidays required
• No block scheduling
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments
• Assist surgeons during operative procedures
• Anticipate surgical team needs and ensure proper instrumentation
• Handle and prepare surgical instruments and supplies
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control standards
• Support turnover between cases efficiently in a high-volume OR
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• Minimum 2+ years of recent OR experience
• Travel experience required
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Strong skills competency and high clinical performance ratings
• Burn experience preferred
• Experience in high-acuity, fast-paced hospital settings
• Ability to handle complex and emergency surgical cases
• Candidates must be flexible with scheduling (no block scheduling)
• Must be comfortable with calls, weekends, and holiday coverage
