Maintenance Manager

What You’ll Do Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production machinery and facility systems. Develop and mentor a team of maintenance professionals, creating a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Drive equipment uptime, reliability, and operational readiness to support production goals. Partner with Engineering, Operations, and external contractors to support facility improvements, equipment installations, and capital projects. Lead initiatives focused on cost reduction, energy efficiency, and maintenance optimization. Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations while fostering a safe workplace for all employees and contractors. What We’re Looking For Leadership experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, facility maintenance, and reliability practices. Experience driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and external contractors while delivering business results.
