Regional HR Generalist: People, Compliance & Onboarding
YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles
YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles seeks a Regional Human Resources Generalist to manage all HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with local and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HRM, excellent organizational skills, and at least two years of HR experience. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is essential for success in this position.
