Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to clients of all age groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to address their unique needs.

• Maintain timely and comprehensive records of client interactions, treatment plans, and therapeutic progress, using our integrated electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Assist with scheduling ongoing appointments, ensuring an organized calendar to facilitate seamless client engagement.
\n
• Utilize our billing service to manage claims efficiently, including verifying insurance benefits, processing payments, and establishing payment plans for clients.
\n
• Demonstrate an ability to work with diverse clinical presentations, adjusting therapeutic techniques as needed to meet clients where they are.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to engage with a varied patient population, providing services to individuals and couples experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory for independent practice.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance your client schedule.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, in addition to performance-based bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will receive competitive compensation along with benefits that include:
