Content Coordinator CALPADS and Accountability

Under general supervision, the Content Coordinator CALPADS and Accountability will lead, coordinate, and support CALPADS and state accountability systems across Kern County districts with a focus on data integrity, technical assistance, training, and compliance with state and federal reporting requirements, including the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Federal Program Monitoring (FPM).

Requirements / Qualifications

Experience: Must have at least four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in CALPADS, educational data systems, accountability reporting, or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience leading county or district-level data or accountability initiatives. Experience designing and delivering professional training to district personnel. Experience advising district or county leadership on state and federal compliance preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in education of closely related field is required. Master's degree preferred. Candidates achieving a rating of 70% or better will qualify to continue in the eligibility screening process. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Some positions may require proof of privately owned automobile insurance and the possession of a valid California Motor Vehicle operator's license. Fingerprint clearance by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the California Department of Justice is a condition of appointment after all other required job conditions have been met. Must present verification of completion of Child Abuse Mandated Reporter training or obtain verification within six (6) weeks of hire and annually thereafter, as required by the California Child Abuse Neglect Reporting Act. This position is overtime exempt and has a probationary period of one year.
