Warehouse AssociateBuild a Career That Matters with One of the World's Most Respected Employers!Job Description: Warehouse Associate – Beyond Road Distribution CentersWE ARE A MEMBER OF THE MICHELIN GROUPWe serve the material handling, construction, agriculture and powersport industries by manufacturing and distributing off-the-road tires, wheels, rubber tracks and track systems.WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - ROLE MISSION· Support the Distribution Center Management in accomplishing distribution center productivity goals.· Responsibilities include receiving/shipping product, production assembly, inventory management, cost control, safety, quality, and team effectiveness.WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Safe and efficient inbound/outbound transportation of product to assigned location.· Verify inbound/outbound shipments are accurate/free of damage, report quality variances.· Monitor warehouse equipment and perform preventative maintenance to mitigate product defects or machine malfunction.· Utilize scanner to record and track accurate inventory levels.· Support general warehouse operations by assisting with inbound/outbound/assembly process as required.· Engage in cycle counting activities to maintain accurate inventory levels, assist in physical inventories.· Develop skillset of warehouse & assembly associate via cross-training opportunities.· Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed standard work procedures, comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.· Report to Team Leader immediately issues on available stock, material that does not meet quality standards, safety concerns/potential hazards, equipment maintenance.Note to applicant:Schedule: A typical work week will be Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays. For working hours, shifts: 8:30am – 5:00pm.
