Are you passionate about animal care and looking to grow your career in veterinary medicine? We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Veterinary Technician Assistant to support our doctors and technicians while helping provide exceptional care to our patients and clients.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

As a Veterinary Technician Assistant, you will play an essential role in keeping our hospital running smoothly. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with safe and compassionate animal restraint during examinations and treatments
• Supporting veterinary technicians and veterinarians with daily patient care needs
• Filling medications and assisting with prescription requests
• Stocking treatment and exam rooms with necessary supplies
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the hospital, including completing daily cleaning and organization tasks
• Preparing rooms and equipment for appointments and procedures
• Providing excellent client service and professional communication with pet owners
• Assisting with additional hospital duties as needed

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• Passion for animal health and patient care
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Confidence interacting with clients in a professional and compassionate manner
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced veterinary environment
• Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Previous veterinary, animal care, kennel, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
