Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Southport, CT. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, preparing and presenting offers, and providing clients with market insights. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for networking, maintaining client relationships, and staying informed about industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proficiency in property management and real estate software Ability to conduct market research and provide market insights Experience in customer service and client relationship management Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid real estate license is required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance
