Waverly's Registered Nurses are leaders who make a difference by fostering a supportive and nurturing environment and delivering high standards of quality care. Daily responsibilities include:

• managing daily care of residents in skilled nursing/personal care
• ensuring delivery of quality services and programs; to meet resident expectations
• effectively communicating with families, medical personnel and other team members as needed
• ensuring required paperwork, records, MDS and reports are accurate and timely
• following procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, HIPPA and infection control requirements
• advocating for residents to ensure their needs are communicates and addressed with the care team
• collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop plans to ensure best possible outcomes
• following all guidelines related to compliance with regulatory, safety, confidentiality, HIPAA and infection control requirements
• performing other duties to support the effective operations of the healthcare department.

Our Per-Diem Registered Nurses are required to work a minimum of 3 shifts per month and one holiday per year. Pennsylvania RN license is required. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer services skills, a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, and have the ability and willingness to learn. Available Shifts include:

6:45 am to 3:15 pm

2:45 pm to 11:15 pm

10:45 pm to 7:15 am
