At Chick-fil-A Danvers, Team Leaders are responsible for leading restaurant shifts by building effective plans, collaborating with other Team Leaders, delegating tasks, and persisting creatively.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Be a "REMARK"able Team Member.
• Create effective shift setups using OneClick.
• Ensure the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly checklists.
• Utilize the manager swipe card according to restaurant policies.
• Ensure the completion of all breaks, according to restaurant guidelines, MA and federal labor laws.
• Ensure the restaurant phone is always answered promptly.
• Support the Trainers in training and retraining initiatives.
• Create and communicate (Welcome Walkthrough) goals each shift.
• Follow all restaurant, MA, and federal labor laws.
• Ensure the entire team follows all uniform and appearance standards.
• Ensure proper stewardship of restaurant equipment and facilities
• Communicate any business needs and operational improvement ideas to the corresponding Area Lead.
• Foster a restaurant culture that aligns with our Core Values.
