- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
Role Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, making necessary interventions as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary medical teams to implement care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care processes.
- Utilize advanced technology and equipment to support patient care.
- Perform necessary documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in an ICU or critical care setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
