Senior Oracle DBA

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to manage mission-critical databases and ensure high availability across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle GoldenGate, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to perform under pressure. This role includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule and requires a hybrid work arrangement (4 days onsite in Maryland Heights, MO, and 1 day remote). Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Oracle databases to ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability. Implement and manage Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication and synchronization across diverse systems. Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve complex database issues. Monitor database performance and proactively address potential issues. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 3 months). Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support database-related needs. Ensure database security, backup, and recovery procedures are in place and effective. Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA. Strong troubleshooting skills, especially in high-pressure environments. Comfortable with rotating on-call responsibilities. Experience managing mission-critical databases with high availability requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Oracle databases.
