Orthopedic Surgeon

Kadlec is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joints to join a well-established, high-volume orthopedic practice in Richland, Washington. This position is primarily based at the Swift clinic and is supported by a strong hospital partnership and a collaborative, team-oriented culture. The orthopedic group serves the greater Tri-Cities community through two conveniently located Richland clinics, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care with an excellent referral network and efficient, streamlined workflows. Full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule Mix of outpatient clinic and dedicated surgery time Supportive leadership and collegial orthopedic team Level II Trauma Center 1:6 call rotation 2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome Generous CME allowance and paid time off Compensation is between $712,719 and $893,447 per year Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement As a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
